Llançà hosts a Girostudi information session as fieldwork begins in the town

The Espai Beta at the Casa de Cultura will host an open meeting on Wednesday 26 August at 8:00 pm with the Girostudi technical team and the Town Council to answer questions and share details about the project.

On Wednesday 26 August at 8:00 pm, the Espai Beta at the Casa de Cultura in Llançà will host a public information session about Girostudi. The meeting, organised by the project’s technical team in collaboration with Llançà Town Council, coincides with the launch of fieldwork in the town, where the first official invitation letters are already arriving in letterboxes.

Answering questions and explaining the fieldwork

This session is not a theoretical presentation of the project (which is already underway across the region), but rather a space for direct and open conversation with the residents of Llançà. The event, which will be attended by the Mayor and the Girostudi technical team, will serve to explain how the interviews will be carried out in the town, answer questions about the security of the process, and remind attendees of the official channels to identify accredited staff.

Local data for health policies

During the meeting, we will explore the importance of resident participation in gathering real, local data. This information will allow public authorities to design targeted health policies tailored to the specific needs of the town, from urban environment initiatives to the strengthening of community services.

Come to the talk and get involved: Llançà’s health is built together

We look forward to seeing you this Wednesday 26 August at 8:00 pm at the Espai Beta (Casa de Cultura) to spend some time together, meet the team in person, and answer any questions you may have.

Furthermore, if you receive the official letter or a call from the field team in the coming days, we encourage you to take the step and add your voice. Participating in Girostudi is a unique opportunity to ensure the reality of our town counts in future health decisions. Improving local health is built by everyone: come along, ask questions, and be part of it!
