If you have already received our letter, visited your local health centre, and provided your samples, first of all, we want to say a huge thank you. Your involvement is the driving force behind this project. As you know, Girostudi is a shared 10-year journey to understand how our environment and habits influence our well-being.
That is why, now that the clinical phase is complete, it is time for one of the most important milestones of your participation: the health questionnaires.
Simple answers for a comprehensive overview
Through the app or the website, you will find highly intuitive forms about your daily routine: your work, your diet, and your surroundings. These questions are quick and easy to answer, yet they hold immense value for our research.
To help us improve public health in the region, the most important thing is to answer honestly and make sure to complete every question. Every small detail of your daily life helps us gain an accurate and comprehensive overview of our community’s health.
Total flexibility: save and resume whenever you want
Sometimes people hesitate to start answering for fear of running out of time or getting caught up in last-minute plans. To make things as easy as possible for you, these questionnaires are designed so you can fill them out entirely at your own pace.
If you need to pause halfway through for any reason, the system allows you to save your progress. Your answers will be securely stored so you can log out and resume the form later, exactly where you left off, from whichever device suits you best.
Girostudi continues its journey
While many of you are already completing this stage from home, Girostudi is still on the move, visiting different towns and villages across the Girona region to welcome new participants.
